Gould Effect

While I was running today on the elliptical at the gym, I closed my eyes, shutting out the rows of reality TVs, and pondered the various levels of reality and documentary. Why hasn't anybody made a reality tv show about the people who make reality tv shows? The crew, the network executives, etc...? I couldn't find it here, or here.
